As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll have the chance to work alongside a seasoned team of professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of recruitment. This internship will provide you with insights into client relations, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategies—skills that will set you up for success in the talent acquisition field.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Connect with potential candidates to discuss roles and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Build strong relationships with clients and share relevant candidate profiles for open roles.
Keep recruitment trackers updated to reflect the latest candidate and job status.
Attend client meetings to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Conduct market research to identify and source potential candidates aligned with current and future hiring needs

Strong communication skills with a knack for engaging with people
Access to a personal laptop or desktop to work efficiently
A background in human resources or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory—enthusiasm is what matters most!
