Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Contact potential customers and close sales through phone calls, emails, or in-store interactions.
Product Knowledge: Advise customers on jewelry products, including designs, materials, and pricing.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and recommend personalized jewelry options.
Order Management: Process orders, ensure accurate details, and track delivery.
Upselling & Cross-selling: Promote additional or higher-value products to increase sales.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs.
Customer Service: Handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
CRM Management: Update customer interactions and sales in CRM system.
Market Trends: Stay informed on jewelry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in jewelry sales or luxury goods.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet sales targets.

- Knowledge of jewelry materials and trends.

- Proficiency in CRM and basic office tools.
