Job Summary:

Communicate and nurture relationships with our Leads, pitch our Graphic Design, Digital Marketing & IT services and close the deal, ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

Maintain strong client relationships
Address inquiries and resolve issues
2. Lead Management

Reach out to leads on daily basis
Understand client requirements
Pitch our services and send proposal
Ensure services meet client needs
3. Business Development:

Identify growth opportunities
Propose strategies to enhance client satisfaction
4. Technical Support:

Provide basic technical advice
Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
5. Reporting:

Maintain client interaction records
Prepare account status reports
6. Knowledge of Technology Sector:

Maintain a deep understanding of current Design Trends, Website & Application solutions, Digital Marketing and innovations to effectively communicate and recommend solutions to clients.
Continuously update knowledge on our services, and market dynamics to provide informed guidance and support to clients.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or related field
Skills: Excellent English & Hindi communication skill and basic knowledge about Graphic Design, Digital Marketing industry.
Certifications: Relevant IT or CRM certifications are a plus
