Project Architect

With a concentration on design/build industrial, commercial, manufacturing, aviation and athletic focused projects, Freeman Building Systems is expanding our design team.

Freeman Building Systems, is looking to add an experienced and creative Project Architect to our growing team. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits in a fun and relaxed work environment. The successful candidate will have experience in all aspects of design, capable of preparing bid and construction documents and coordinating with our Structural, MEP and Site/Civil consultants for submission for building permits and submission for building permit and response to the building departments.

Required Experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture
• Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture from an accredited University in the United States
• Currently holding (or on the path to) professional Registration(s)
• Organized, able to delegate, prioritize tasks, and direct Structural, MEP and Site/Civil consultants
• Experience working with clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proficiency in Autocad and Microsoft Office,
• Experience in managing and producing construction documents
