Maintenance Mechanic

This is a full-time experienced Maintenance Mechanic position that requires troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. Our experienced Maintenance Mechanics have extensive knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls and contribute a unique skillset through the use of preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking.
Job Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC electrical systems
• Read schematics and use electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope)
• Use lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc welders for repair and fabrication
• Inspect machines, develop repair lists and identify short-term and long-term repairs to ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability
Requirements:
• At least 18 years of age or older
• Able to work on weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
• Electrical certification
• Maintenance manufacturing experience
• Technical school training
• Welding experience
Salary:

$62,000 - $82,000 per year
