. Attending all incoming calls from customers, clients, etc
· Handle the enquiry and calls from India mart and just dial.
· Follow up on quotations. (Sent or received, or with additional changes , if any)
· Sharing the requirement with the sales team and management.
· Follow up with the clients for the sales meeting
· Coordinating with the sales team, accounts team and marketing team
· Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
· Taking feedback from the sales team and client· Updating the management regarding the orders/ meetings
· Coordinating with the warehousing and sales team about the orders
· Intimating the clients if there are any delays in the order process
· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
· Taking customer feedback .
· Regular follow up on delivery intimations.
· Follow up on payments
· Social media this will be in association with an external coordinator
· Maintaining the record of all calls handled and database in excel sheet (day to day activity)
· Provides inforation by answering questions and requests
Required skills :
· Good computer skills (MS Office)
· Proficiency in English
· Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
