• *Position Overview**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:
• *Website Design**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and web developers, to
create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
Design website layouts, banners, icons, and other graphical elements to enhance the user experience and align with brand guidelines. Ensure consistency of design elements throughout the website to maintain a cohesive and engaging online presence.
• *Social Media Images**:
Conceptualize and design eye-catching visuals for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create graphics that effectively communicate marketing messages, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns. Adapt designs to various social media formats and sizes, optimizing for engagement and shareability.
• *Infographic Images**:
Transform complex data and information into visually appealing infographics that convey key insights and messages. Work closely with content creators to understand data points and craft compelling visual narratives. Maintain a balance between aesthetics and data accuracy, ensuring the information is easily digestible and engaging.
• *Blog Images**:
Design graphics and illustrations to accompany blog posts, enhancing the visual appeal and readability of the content. Create custom images, charts, and diagrams that support and reinforce written content.
Collaborate with writers to ensure the visual elements align with the tone and messaging of the blog posts.
• *Creative Ideation**:
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to develop fresh and innovative design concepts. Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our visual content.
• *Brand Consistency**:
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent
visual identity across all platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and update design guidelines as needed.
• *Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
