Jr. Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

File Quantum GST Returns.
File TDS Returns.
Prepare Accruetek and Quantum Profit and Loss (P&L) account and Balance Sheet from time to time.
Bookkeeping for Accruetek and Quantum.
Credit control for Accruetek and Quantum.
Raising Supplier Invoices and Customer Invoices.
Reducing Appropriate TDS and maintaining TDS records.
Coordination with Company Secretary & Accountants to maintain the company's legal formalities and regularly file FIDC in India.
Generate global attendance records submitted by HR.
Maintain Journal entries.
Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions comply with accounting principles and company policies.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
Prepare and submit tax returns, GST filings, and other statutory reports.
Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support internal audits and financial risk assessments.
Work closely with other departments to streamline financial operations.
· Supporting the USA IRS Fillings as well.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Timings:

· Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

· Saturday: 11:00 Am to 3:30 PM
