Job description
This is a full-time role for a Junior Accountant Executive at MindSpace Software Technologies. The Junior Accountant Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and MIS. They will also oversee regulatory compliance, audit preparation, and financial statement preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
Assist with tax preparation and filing.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Provide financial insights to help with decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience: 1 to 7 years.
