Jr| architect

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design and an eagerness to contribute to various phases of project development. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development of design concepts and architectural plans.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations using CAD software and other design tools.
• Support senior architects in preparing project documentation and reports.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on design solutions and project progress.
• Assist in research and analysis related to building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Prepare and revise architectural documentation and specifications as required.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 0-1 years of experience in architecture or a related field, including internships.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience with 3D modeling and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building standards.
