JR. Business Development Executive

Responsibilities
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, networking, social media, and bidding portals.
• Strategic email writing to prospects and customers.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Update and maintain CRM.
• Responsible for conducting online search to find contacts using available search engines, directories, reference sites, databases, linkedin.
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Demonstrated ability to manage and advance deals in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Attend periodic sales training where applicable.

Requirements
• Any Graduate, Marketing qualification, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• One to three years of work experience in IT sales (Inside Sales/ Business Development).
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Time Management skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, bidding portals and social outreach.
• Experience of working with a CRM (HubSpot, Odoo, SugarCRM, TigerCRM)
• Fair understanding of Sales Metrics
• Exposure to working in mid-sized start-ups
• Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
• Candidates who have a flair for Sales and want to have a career in Sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
