We’re looking for a Junior Content Writer with a fresh mind, open heart, and a willingness to unlearn the conventional. You don’t need to have all the answers — just the curiosity to ask the right questions. As part of our Creative Team, you will contribute to books, social media content, and digital campaigns that inspire and inform young minds and their mentors.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with senior writers, designers, and educators to create content for books, educational material, online campaigns, and social media.
• Adapt quickly to different tones and writing styles — from simple storytelling to insightful life lessons.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and team discussions.
• Take feedback with humility and grow with each draft, each word.
• Research topics with curiosity and write content that is original, empathetic, and reflective of our core values.
• Be open to rewriting, reimagining, and reshaping content to better serve our mission.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong command over written English and a natural flair for storytelling.
• Freshers welcome! No prior experience needed — just a hunger to learn and evolve.
• An open mind: willing to unlearn, rethink, and approach topics from a new perspective.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment with designers, educators, and thinkers.
• Interest in life education, philosophy, values, or social impact is a big plus.
• Bonus if you’ve ever kept a journal, written poems, or simply enjoy expressing thoughts through words.
