Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual assets that communicate our brand message across various mediums. The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

Create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, web banners, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.

Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines.

Translate conceptual ideas into visual assets that communicate the brand's message and values.

Assist with photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation.

Conduct research and stay up-to-date on design trends to inform design decisions.

Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

Maintain organized files and adhere to established design standards and protocols.

Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with digital design best practices, including responsive design and social media design.

Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
