Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. HR and Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines human resource management responsibilities with general administrative duties to support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, recruitment, employee engagement and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, basic screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee databases. Ensure proper documentation for new hires, exits, and employee changes.
• Assist in drafting letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters and relieving letters.
• Help organize employee engagement activities.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR Manager or Senior Management.
• Should be good in designing internal & external communications.
Administration:
• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the office is well-maintained.
• Handle vendor and supplier coordination (e.g., housekeeping, security, pantry).
• Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Support travel arrangements, meeting logistics and event coordination.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR and/or administration.
• Familiarity with HR software, MS Office Suite, and office management tools.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri).
• Problem-solving attitude and a team player mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills along with attention to detail.
