WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Account Executive with a BPO, print, creative, MI or manufacturing background.

The role will support several activities including supporting new business implementation, delivering operational best practice, adherence to commercial / financial processes and MI reporting requirements in relation to a portfolio of clients.

This position is customer facing and would involve developing key client relationships along with the delivery of excellent customer service. It is anticipated that the role holder will be required to spend time meeting clients, present status, and progress reports, receive and answer queries on the procurement operations.

Essential Skills:
• Fluent English, both written and spoken. Other languages would be a benefit.
• Strong Excel, MI skills.
• Highly Organized and able to priorities tasks effectively
• Strong Commercial awareness and numeracy skills
• Technically literate and confident with business technology, competent user of MS office suite
• Strong customer service ethos
• Knowledge Dashboard reporting
• Positive attitude to problem solving
• collaborative approaches are required as they will operate with clients, suppliers, and colleagues with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
• Highly organized and results focused with a pro-active approach to problem solving and excellent attention to detail
• Supportive and strong people skills

As part of this role, your key roles and responsibilities will include:
• Manage all individual projects effectively.
• Complete Excel data management and report back to accounts team.
• Work on MI and Dashboards.
• Work on client cloud system to create material names and number.
• Being fully conversant with the admin processes of the department
• Analyze Work in Progress (WIP)
• Attend production planning and operational meetings
• Take responsibility for the delivery of tasks within SLA's
• Review and assess business risks taking necessary action to reduce such risks

OTHER COMPETENCIES/YOU MUST HAVE THE SENSIBILITY TO,

Delivery of client driven activities – ideally within print management or BPO services.

Experience of data handling and management, Expert in Excel.

Involvement with new service launches and implementations.

GREAT TO HAVE

Experience in print management associated services would be benefit

very good presentation skills (oral and written)

Strong numeracy skills

A hybrid role model with the primary location being Chennai.
