We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accounts Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, conducting verification processes, and assisting with various accounting tasks. Responsibilities:
1. Compliance:
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Review financial transactions and documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
2. Verification:
- Conduct verification processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for correctness and authenticity.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during the verification process.
3. Accounting:
- Support the accounting team in day-to-day financial operations.
- Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
- Help prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
- Participate in periodic audits and assist in the implementation of audit recommendations.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with colleagues and cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding compliance and verification matters.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
