Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related
Proven experience an as administrative assistant or similar role, with a strong understanding of finance principles and terminology

As the Junior accountant, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support and facilitating smooth operations within the finance department
You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, as well as communicating effectively with team members and external stakeholders to address financial inquiries and ensure clarity in financial processes
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including but not limited to, preparing expense reports and financials schedules
Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial reports, presentations and other documents as needed
Serve as a liaison between the finance team and other departments, external vendors, and clients to address financial inquiries and provide necessary information
Coordinate and facilitate communication within the finance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct research and gather data as requested by the finance team to support financial analysis and decision-making processes
Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments and billing inquiries
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance team leadership
