Full Job Description
Job Summary: As an Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in assisting our finance department in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gain valuable industry knowledge, and contribute to the financial success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and documents accurately and in a timely manner.
· Maintain and update accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
· Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, recording transactions, and reconciling bank statements.
· Assist with invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
· Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and reconcile accounts, identifying any discrepancies and taking appropriate action.
· Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
· Provide administrative support to the finance department, such as organizing files, handling correspondence, and managing documentation.
· Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing schedules and assisting with audits.
· Adhere to relevant legal and company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
