Junior advocate

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Advocate at Law Chambers of Adv Mohsin Mohammadali Sayyed located in Nasik. The Junior Advocate will be responsible for assisting senior advocate in daily tasks such as conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing support in client meetings. The Junior Advocate will also be responsible for maintaining case files, organizing legal documents, and assisting in legal analysis and strategizing.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of Indian legal system and laws
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Previous experience in a legal environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Bar Council registration or eligibility
