Junior Advocate|Lawyer

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Junior Advocate / Lawyer. As a Junior Advocate / Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers in legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing cases, and providing legal advice.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in client meetings and court proceedings under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Qualifications

Candidates for the Junior Advocate / Lawyer role should meet the following qualifications :
• Required - experience in cases Contesting a Will, Undue Influence / Elder Abuse, Fraud, and Wrongful Death.
• Experience in criminal cases
• Experience in family law.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of legal principles and procedures
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Experience or internships in a law firm or legal organization is a plus
