Key responsibilities:

1. Develop initial design concepts including space planning and color schemes that meet client needs and project requirements

2. Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations using CAD software to visualize design plans

3. Select and specify furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and materials ensuring they meet design specifications and budget

4. Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion

5. Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and address their concerns

6. Supervise and mentor junior designers providing guidance and support

7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and project execution

8. Develop and manage project budgets ensuring projects are completed within allocated funds

+. Oversee the successful installation of design elements and ensure project quality

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
