Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

· Work with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans.

· 2D and 3D development.

· Site visits and project coordination to gather data and ensure designs are implemented correctly.

· Coordinate with clients to understand their aesthetic and functional requirements.

· Coordinate with structural engineers, various consultants, site supervisors, vendors and contractors for various project aspects.

· Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.
Qualifications:

· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

· Past internship experience in design firms.

Skills:

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, Photoshop, Revit and other design softwares.

· Proficient in 3D rendering softwares.

· Strong attention to detail and precision in design work.

· Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with other architects, engineers, and clients.

· Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
