- Ours is a young startup and you shall be first of the designers/ project manager to join. The team shall initially be around 3- 4 people ( including the principal architect)

- The culture at the firm is very informal and like any startup. There will be work but there's no strict timelines but at the same time we expect best of the work and maximum output and best client experience at the same time

The growth curve shall be very high as long as you are ready to learn and grow with the firm.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Architect/Interior Designer located in New Delhi. The Junior Architect/Interior Designer will be responsible for creating designs for buildings and interiors, working closely with clients to determine their needs and preferences. They will also collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure that the designs meet building codes and regulations. The role will also include creating construction drawings and overseeing construction work.
• Good Software skills is a must must for this role

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior design
• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles and practices
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in design software such as Vray, Enscape, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create detailed design sketches and 3D models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the design team and clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred
• Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in residential or commercial interior design is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Attention to detail and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
