Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative architectural solutions.
• Develop conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information and ensure project progress.
• Utilize industry-leading software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce high-quality architectural drawings and renderings.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's of Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in commercial, and institutional projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft office and other relevant software applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members. Openness to travel to project sites.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
