ARCway Careers are currently seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join a reputable company based in Sutherland NSW – No experience necessary.
This opportunity is a paid Full-Time Traineeship position and includes a 4-day working week model (Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm) - Every Friday OFF!
During your 12 month contract, you will complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification - Certificate III in Business.
Our client is a well-established bookkeeping company and has fantastic career progression opportunities available post traineeship.
Duties include:
Basic data entry and general administration support to the team
On the job training provided and access to learning Accounting Software such as XERO
Answering phones and drafting emails all while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Scanning and filing documentation and any payroll functions as required.
Skills & Experience
Proven computer skills – working with software programs and Microsoft.
Genuine interest in Accounting or Bookkeeping
Good with numbers and high attention to detail.
No previous office experience needed just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
