Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Business Developer to support our business development efforts, particularly in expanding our client base for IT services and staff augmentation. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn, and ready to build lasting relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients in target markets and develop a list of prospects.

• Lead Generation: Use tools like LinkedIn and other platforms to generate leads for IT services, including mobile and web development, AI integration, and IT tech staffing.

• Client Engagement: Initiate and develop relationships with new clients through email outreach, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls.

• Sales Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

• CRM Management: Maintain an organized record of interactions with prospects and clients, track pipeline progress, and report weekly on lead generation activities.

• Market Research: Conduct regular research on market trends, competitors, and client needs to tailor business development strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior business developers and cross-functional teams to support ongoing client projects and ensure a smooth handover of leads.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

• Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to understand and communicate IT and digital transformation services effectively.

• Basic knowledge of the IT industry and enthusiasm for learning more about it.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
