We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with proven experience in all stages of the sales cycle to join our IT solutions company. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building new client relationships, maintaining existing ones, and closing deals in a competitive environment. Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients within the IT industry, ensuring consistent engagement.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and drive the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closing.
• Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, identify market opportunities, and establish competitive advantages for the company's IT solutions.
• Target Achievement: Track key metrics and performance to ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Negotiation & Deal Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the IT market.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years in IT sales or the technology industry, with hands-on experience in the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing).
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within IT products or services.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully, ensuring win-win outcomes.
• Effective Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex IT solutions in a clear and compelling way.
• CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus, to manage leads and track sales activities.
• Upwork/Fiverr Profile Experience: If applying via Upwork or Fiverr, familiarity with these platforms, including bid writing, client communication, and project delivery, is highly valued.
