We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Contract Administrator to join our busy team. The successful candidate will have recently completed or be currently studying at University or Tafe.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls
Responding to emails
Job bookings
Calling subcontractors and clients
Ordering parts and materials
Organising couriers
Processing payments to suppliers and subcontractors
Processing invoices to clients
Problem solving
Scheduling
Requirements:
Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work between 4-5 days per week
Own transport and licence
Excellent people skills for communication with clients
