Junior Developer - C#, ASP.NET, MVC
Mission Software are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic and ambitious junior programmer to work at our development studio in Ahmedabad.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing software company and develop web software and apps. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ software development working experience, keen to move their career forward, learn more and earn more. You must have excellent written and spoken English as we are an international company.
You will be involved in the ongoing development of our products and web systems. You will be working with our head of software in India on two exciting global projects. We are a Microsoft partner and have standardised on Microsoft Visual Studio, DevExpress, SQL, .Net, ASPX, VSS, MVC and Android/iOS apps.
Requirements:
Skills Required:
• 2 years of professional experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC development.
• Bachelors /Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Proficiency in jQuery and JavaScript for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with SQL Server or any other relational database.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Extremely good Excel, Word, HTML and other common office applications.
Would be useful:
• Google and Bing mapping API experience would be good
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience of project, development - SCRUM and AGILE methodology.
• Azure mapping API experience would be very useful.
• Experience of encryption, web security and security standards, firewalls.
• Strong problem solving, logic, and analytical skills.
Duties:
Analyse tasks given to you, plan and carry out your work professionally and thoroughly Test, debug, document efficiently and as part of the team and project timelines Use our web helpdesk & tickets support system
Help with solution design, our test and demo environments Testing software fixes, delivering fixes and ensuring client satisfaction. Server systems, updates, new builds, security features, encryption. Using a web chat app to provide support and assistance to users. Creating user guides, help content, website content for your work.
You will be working full time at an office in Ahmedabad. Full training will be given on our software and the helpdesk systems.

Starting Salary ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 Rupees per month based on skills and experience. You will have 6 monthly reviews so there is great scope to advance in our organisation and achieve better salary and benefits twice per year.
We include (fully paid) 15 days holiday per year and 10 Festival Holidays. You also get the 2nd and 4th Saturday off every month.
After one year, no weekend working.
