We’re looking for a Junior Financial Planner / Insurance Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based position with a steady flow of quality leads, hands-on mentorship, and real opportunities to grow in a purpose-led company.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build Trust with Clients: Form strong relationships and become a go-to resource for their financial planning and insurance needs.
Keep Things Organized: Maintain accurate records and stay on top of client progress to ensure excellent service.
Personalize Financial Strategies: Create tailored insurance and investment plans that align with clients’ goals.
Stay Informed & Inspired: Continuously expand your knowledge through training, mentorship, and industry updates.
Communicate with Clarity: Present policies and financial options in a way that’s easy for clients to understand and act on.
Guide Smart Investment Choices: Help clients make educated decisions to grow and protect their wealth.
Expand Your Reach: Use effective outreach techniques to grow your book of business and connect with new clients.
What You Bring to the Table
A strong desire to grow—professionally and personally.
Confidence making outreach calls (up to 200/day) to connect with prospective clients.
Familiarity with CRMs and digital platforms to stay efficient and organized.
Great communication skills—both written and verbal.
A self-starter attitude with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Willingness to pursue or complete your LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (citizen or permanent resident).
