Job Summary

The Perinatal Institute is a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, data analysts and software developers working together to create technology that helps expectant and new mothers get the best possible healthcare. We are seeking a Junior Flutter developer to assist our Mobile App Developer and join our development team, to help us deliver healthcare services both offline and online. The successful candidate will assist with the building of a mobile application designed for midwives to conduct patient assessments in community settings, and sync that data with an API.

Main duties of the job
• Develop a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms
• Integrate RESTful APIs for data communication with backend systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand and implement clinical requirements
• Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive documentation
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Implement automated testing strategies
