Junior Front-End Web Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Front-End Web Developer with a passion for clean code, intuitive user interfaces, and responsive web experiences. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into interactive web applications that are fast, scalable, and cross-browser compatible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Responsive Web Interfaces: Convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch mockups into pixel-perfect, mobile-first HTML/CSS/JS code
• Implement Front-End Logic: Build dynamic features using JavaScript, React, Vue, or other modern frameworks
• Cross-Browser & Device Compatibility: Ensure consistent performance across different browsers and screen sizes
• Optimize Performance: Improve page load speed, reduce render-blocking resources, and follow web performance best practices
• Collaborate with Back-End Teams: Integrate APIs and RESTful services, and ensure seamless data exchange
• Version Control: Use Git for managing and deploying code collaboratively
• QA & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs across platforms and devices
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS
• Experience with Webpack, Vite, or other build tools
• Knowledge of API integration and JSON data handling
• Strong understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices
Preferred Skills:
• Basic understanding of Node.js, Express, or full-stack environments
• Familiarity with Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi, Contentful) or static site generators (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js)
• Working knowledge of GitHub Actions or CI/CD pipelines
Experience & Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of professional experience in front-end development
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world, deployed projects
