Capezio, a successful, nationally and internationally known manufacturer for over 138 years, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in Totowa, NJ. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in digital and print design, a passion for dance or fashion, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate brings strong digital instincts, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a brand with a rich heritage and forward-thinking vision.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

- Brand & Campaign Assets: Support the development and execution of design assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns including emails, paid ads, landing pages, and promotional banners.

- Social Media Design: Create on-brand, engaging graphics for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest in alignment with the Capezio aesthetic and marketing calendar.

- Print Design: Design in-store signage, hangtags, mailers, packaging, and other physical brand collateral.

- Wholesale & B2B Materials: Design sell sheets, lookbooks, catalogs, and digital/print materials for studio and wholesale partners.

- E-commerce & Web: Create assets for Capezio.com, including homepage sliders, collection graphics, promotional tiles, and product spotlights.

- Production & File Prep: Prep and export both digital- and print-ready files, ensuring technical accuracy, proper specs, and high production quality.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director, Product Development, E-commerce, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

- 2+ years of professional design experience in the fashion or retail industries

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Klaviyo (or similar email platforms)

- Strong understanding of digital design best practices for social media, email, and e-commerce

- Experience prepping files for print, packaging, and production

- Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and GIF creation is a plus

- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus

- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

- Able to take creative direction and deliver multiple design solutions

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on multiple projects at once

- Enthusiastic team player with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to grow
