Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their skills in human resources. The Junior HR Coordinator will support various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Onboarding Assistance:

Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate employee records, updating personal details, contracts, and employment changes in HR systems.

HR Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing information on HR policies and procedures.

Compliance:

Ensure that HR processes adhere to company policies and legal regulations by maintaining appropriate documentation and processes.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to improving HR operations by identifying areas for process enhancement and providing recommendations for increased efficiency.

Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and organizing HR events such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and team-building exercises.

HR Reporting:

Prepare and assist in generating HR reports on employee attendance, recruitment metrics, and other key HR statistics.

Collaboration:

Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR objectives and company goals.

Learning & Development:

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in HR.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
