Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Junior Java Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java programming, combined with practical knowledge of RESTful APIs, JWT for security implementations, and familiarity with deployment pipelines on AWS Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance Java applications.
- Integrate and manage RESTful APIs for dynamic data retrieval and manipulation.
- Implement security protocols using JWT (JSON Web Tokens) to ensure secure data transmission and authentication.
- Use GitHub for version control and participate in code reviews.
- Manage deployments and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines on AWS Cloud.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and project managers to meet software requirements.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing.
- Provide technical support for application development and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Understanding of security practices involving JWT.
- Experience with version control tools, preferably GitHub.
- Knowledge of deploying applications on AWS Cloud and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Java code for performance and efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
