As a Junior Legal Advisor specializing in Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and guidance on real estate transactions and related matters. Your responsibilities will include legal research, contract drafting, due diligence, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. This role is instrumental in safeguarding the legal interests of the organization and supporting the successful execution of real estate projects.

Key responsibilities
• Conducting legal research on real estate laws and regulations
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts and agreements
• Participating in negotiations and providing legal advice on real estate transactions
• Assisting in due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and developments
• Ensuring compliance with zoning, land use, and environmental regulations
• Supporting the resolution of real estate disputes and legal issues
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, including leases, deeds, and title documents
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as the development and finance teams, to provide legal support
• Staying updated on changes in real estate laws and industry practices
• Assisting in the management of legal risk associated with real estate projects

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Real Estate Law, or related field
• Admission to the state bar association or relevant legal licensing body
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate legal advisory or a related role
• Proficiency in legal research methods and resources
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Excellent drafting and reviewing skills for real estate contracts and agreements
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical recommendations
