Conducting thorough legal research on both simple and complex issues related to contract law and various aspects of consumer law

This is a fully remote position. You must be currently admitted to practice law in Arizona.
Our firm is seeking a dedicated Junior Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role offers you the opportunity to handle a diverse array of legal issues related to consumer protection, including both transactional and civil litigation matters.
As part of our team, you will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of our clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims, and effectively advocating for clients in court.

• Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with clients regarding their legal matters
• Drafting essential legal documents including pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda, as well as reviewing and drafting agreements

• Conducting thorough legal research on both simple and complex issues related to contract law and various aspects of consumer law
Qualifications:
• Candidates must be currently admitted to practice law in Arizona (additional multi-state admission is a plus)
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm is required
