Junior Operations Executive (Civil Construction)

About the Role:

We need a proactive Junior Operations Executive to assist in managing construction site activities. You'll help with planning, documentation, and coordination to ensure projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and monitoring daily site operations

· Prepare progress reports and maintain records (materials, workforce, etc.)

· Update project data in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.)

· Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

· Track materials, equipment, and safety compliance

· Follow up with Engineering, Procurement, HR, and Billing teams

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

· 1-3 years of experience in civil construction operations

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Primavera, etc.)

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Willing to visit construction sites

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

· Knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools

· Understanding of BOQ, tendering, and procurement
