Our client is an outsourcing company who have helped thousands of real estate agencies across Australia in implementing new account practices and have improved efficiency and services to companies big and small within the industry. They are on the lookout for a trust accountant administrator looking to support their incredible team with all duties
The Role
Support the trust team with all EOM
Accounts reporting
Reconciliations, speed sheets & forecasting
Assist with preparation of documentation for annual audits for residential trust accounts.
Assist with Profit & Loss Statements
The Perks
Work from home two days per week
No tenant or landlord liaison
Diverse role, no two days are the same
Not a traditional real estate office
Large team of 16 staff
The Person
Have experience in a Real Estate office - Junior Property Managers will be considered
Have an understanding of the fundamentals of trust accounting
Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
Have fantastic communication skills and be well presented
Well organised and great attention to detail
