Job Role: Web Designer & Front-End Developer

We're seeking a skilled Web Designer & Front-End Developer with expertise in Figma, Next.js, and Headless CMS to design and develop high-performance websites and landing pages for dental practices and beyond.

This role requires a strong blend of visual design skills to create website layouts and user interfaces, alongside proficiency in coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to translate those designs into functional web pages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop modern, responsive websites and landing pages using Figma for UI/UX and Next.js for front-end development.
• Implement Headless CMS solutions to create scalable and efficient content-driven platforms.
• Maintain consistency across various screen sizes following a mobile-first approach.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply cutting-edge web design techniques to enhance user experience.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects seamlessly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframing and designing intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Next.js and React for building dynamic, fast-loading web applications.
• Experience with Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Contentful, Sanity) to manage content effectively.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS (Tailwind preferred), JavaScript, and web performance optimization.
• Ability to integrate APIs and work with back-end developers to ensure seamless functionality.
• Keen eye for modern UI/UX trends and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team environment.
Additional Requirements:
• Able to adapt to a split-shift working schedule (10 AM–2 PM & 8 PM–12 AM IST).
• Prior experience with e-commerce or dental/healthcare industry websites is a plus.
