Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) for financial data.
• Process bills and handle follow-ups with companies for outstanding payments.
• Prepare salary slips, maintain salary sheets, and assist with payroll processing.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide regular financial updates and reports to the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing MIS and payroll processes is a plus.
