- As a Designer theresponsibilities will range from client front end briefunderstanding and design development of projects which includesfrom conceptualization to floor plan 2d detailed working drawingsand 3d designs also to coordinate with internal team and executionfrom concept to installation stages
- Visit sitefor inspection
- You will be managing thecomplete project lifecycle from conceptualization todelivery
- Preparing detailed BOQ 2d workingdrawings3 designs and assisting customer in material selection asper the stated budget
- To revise the BOQ incase of any changes mentioned or requested by the client thedesigner should also update any of such changes wrt budget ordesign to CSO and other stake holder through a formal channel ofcommunication
- The Design Consultant isexpected to make visits to the site at WIP stage as and whenrequired
- Resolve customer complaints bycoordinating with site supervisors & workshop.
