Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Head located in Vadodara. The Key Account Sales Head will be responsible for managing major accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to achieve targets. This role also requires you to build your team.

Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in Sales management
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision making, adept in MS excel and numbers
• Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and hire/lead a team
• MBA (marketing) from a premier institution
• Prior experience working with clients in Modern Trade, E-commerce or Quick Commerce is a plus
• Experience in the jewellery or festival goods industry is a big plus
