Key Accountant

As an Accountant at Grid OS, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering accurate and timely financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your skills to support our financial operations and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities -

Compile, analyze, and report comprehensive financial data.
Prepare periodic financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
Maintain precise financial records and documentation.
Calculate taxes and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
Generate and manage internal invoices, with a strong understanding of GST processes.
Present financial information to management and stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Utilize Busy software for TDS, GST, stock updates, and sales & purchase entries.
Oversee bank statement reconciliation and manage inventory effectively.
Handle documentation for export sampling invoices and control inward/outward documents.
Prepare monthly summaries for GST and TDS.
Requirements -

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (CA Preferred)
Proficiency in Tally, Busy and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
High attention to detail and ethical conduct.
Familiarity with GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
Independent thinker with a positive attitude and confidence in decision-making.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
