Responsibilities:
• Proactively interacting with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction & retention is achieved.
• Identifying issues that may impact a renewal and engaging all available resources to resolve.
• Understanding and aligning business needs and client requirements.
• To monitor & increase Product reviews & rating on different mediums. to ensure customer & issues/solutions are addressed.
• Ensuring Renewals of existing clients on time.
• Up-sell, Cross Sell, Expansion and Upgrades of existing clients.
• To ensure growth of existing clients in terms of sales & revenue.
• Good understanding of a SAAS product.
• Monitor usage & proactively contact clients upon low usage and aligning coaching/training to improve their utilization
• Act as an escalation point to drive problem resolutions in a timely and proactive manner.
• Identify at-risk renewals and deliver on customer remediation plan.
• Ensuring every customer shows high product usage & churn rate is maintained according to company standards
