To teach from the standardized curriculum and syllabus set by Muzigal.

To teach offline, online, School and Gated Community as directed by the company. The teaching hours per day would be 6 hours per day on Tue to Sat (3-+), Sun (11-6, 1-2 lunch break) ;

To create and teach customized lesson plans for different students as per their learning goals.

To prepare students for Muzigal Assessments and performances.

To prepare students for internationally recognized music examinations like Trinity, RockSchool, MTB, ABRSM and other relevant music certifications.

Maintaining progress and attendance reports of students on a regular basis. (CRM)

Inspiring students by spreading the importance of music education and teaching them the techniques of composing and improvising.

Managing events as and when scheduled by the company.

To train students for recitals, bands, solo and choir performances.

To create content as per the content marketing calendar provided by the company.

Active participation in content development and creation for Marketing requirements as and when required by the company.

To keep existing students engaged through various activities to improve retention.

Traveling to locations within the country or abroad for any teaching or event requirement as and when directed.

Promoting the all round music education ecosystem of our company. (Online, Offline and sales of music instruments)

Actively participating in the company’s social media community and sharing students' progress regularly

Actively counsel students and parents and guide them to choose the correct package and instrument to learn and purchase

To set up music instruments in the classrooms as per the layout plan and ensure the classroom are well organized and maintained at all times.

Updating parents on their child’s progress and providing useful feedback

Taking initiative on improving teaching experience

To conduct workshops and orientation sessions for students and teachers as and when scheduled by the company.

Help the company to develop courses and curriculum for online and offline use for teachers.

Eligibility:

Grade certification from any one of the internationally recognized institutes - Trinity, Rockschool, ABRSM, etc.

Prior experience of teaching music instruments.

Expertise in playing multiple instruments is an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills.

Working knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.

Basic knowledge of music theory, reading and writing music (staff notations), composing and improvising techniques across different instruments.

Eagerness to learn and improve.

Time management skills.

Passionate about music - teaching and content creation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
