• 3-Month Traineeship: ₹ 5,000/month (Work on real projects)
• Full-Time Role: ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000/month (Based on performance)
• Contract: Minimum 1-year commitment upon full-time employment

Your Role

- Copyright & Trademark Filing: Assist in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of applications in India and abroad.

- Search & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive IP searches, analyze results, and prepare detailed client reports.

- IP Portfolio Management: Support the maintenance and renewal of copyright and trademark registrations.

- Legal Research: Research issues related to IP infringement, opposition, and enforcement matters.

- Client Support: Draft and review client communications, agreements, and legal notices.

- IP Strategy Development: Contribute to strategies for protecting, enforcing, and commercializing copyright and trademark assets.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.

- Fundamental understanding of Copyright and Trademark Law.

- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage deadlines and detailed documentation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow.
