The role

We're looking for a reliable and detail oriented Dishwasher Supervisor oversee our dishwashing team and ensure the cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen equipment and dishware.

Skills and experience

You’ll have:

Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens
Knowledge of dishwashing and sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a fast paced, hot, and noisy environment
Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership ability, approachability, and a reputation as a role model

Your tasks

You will:

Supervise and coordinate our team of dishwashing staff
Ensure all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools are properly cleaned and sanitised
Maintain a clean and safe dishwashing area in accordance with health and safety regulations
Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts of cleaning supplies
Train new dishwashing staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards

Pay: $32.06 – $33.95 per hour
