Located in the heart of West Melbourne near Flagstaff Gardens, Queen Victoria Market, Docklands and Marvel Stadium, this exciting new property will offer modern design, generous spaces, and a vibrant food and beverage experience.

We are seeking reliable Kitchen Attendants to support the hotel through its pre-opening phase and into ongoing kitchen operations.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Attendant, you will play an essential role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and smooth back-of-house operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a successful hotel opening.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure efficient turnaround of kitchenware
Assist chefs with basic food preparation as required
Ensure waste disposal and recycling are managed correctly
Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards at all times
Support kitchen setup, cleaning routines, and procedures during the pre-opening phase
Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and storage
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams
