Job description
Handling whole kitchen and delivering order on time and make the tasty food and best craving items to make customer relation and must have knowledge of all type of dishes and we'll know about the taste of each traditional.Key Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation and Cooking
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and specific instructions from the Head or Sous Chef.
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items and specials.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, steamers, and mixers.
• Ensure all dishes are presented properly and meet quality, temperature, and taste standards.
• Adjust cooking techniques and seasoning as needed to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences.

2. Kitchen Hygiene and Safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas throughout shifts.
• Follow all food safety regulations including proper food storage, cooking temperatures, and sanitation practices.
• Label and date all food items to ensure proper rotation and minimize waste (FIFO method).
• Dispose of food waste properly and keep kitchen equipment clean and sanitized.
• Comply with health, safety, and fire regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment.

3. Teamwork and Coordination
• Work closely with other cooks, kitchen assistants, dishwashers, and front-of-house staff to ensure timely food delivery.
• Communicate clearly and effectively during busy periods to prioritize tasks and manage orders.
• Assist other cooks during high-volume service times and cover other stations when needed.
• Support prep cooks and junior kitchen staff by mentoring and assisting with basic tasks when required.

4. Inventory and Supplies
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and report shortages to supervisors.
• Help with the receiving and proper storage of deliveries, ensuring freshness and quality standards are maintained.
• Reduce food waste by using ingredients efficiently and following proper portion control guidelines.

5. Menu Development Support
• Provide feedback to chefs and kitchen supervisors regarding menu improvements or customer preferences.
• Assist in testing new recipes or participating in seasonal or promotional menu changes.
• Stay informed about current culinary trends, techniques, and presentation styles.
